The farm, spanning around 65,000 square feet, features a symmetrical ground-floor-only layout with just 8% built-up area, making it feel enveloped by greenery. The elevated structure has cantilevered Masonry Boxes creating a floating illusion, with a central cuboid façade and adjoining masses enhancing visual balance. Diagonal prefabbed structural members with glass prevent glare and protect birds, while southwestern trees provide screening and ventilation. The bedrooms flank a central cuboidal entertainment room with a 'sunken' family seating and a skylight. The minimal white and tree-textured palette emphasizes calmness. Inspired by industrial interior design, it features burnished concrete walls, dark wood textures, and movable furniture. Notable elements include a 'back-lighted' stone bar, an exposed red-brick wall, a movable TV unit, cosy corner, co-curricular aisles, and a cable-suspended wooden deck. Designed purely to rejuvenate from a hectic schedule into the 'lap' of Nature.
